Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Craft engaging social media content that feels authentic and true to our values and brand image.

  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Stay organized with content calendars and ensure we’re posting consistently and timely.

  • Community Engagement: Connect with our followers, reply to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships.

  • Brand Storytelling: Share the unique stories behind our businesses, our team, and the vibrant community we serve.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance and tweak strategies to keep engagement growing.

  • Collaboration & Creativity: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing, design, and operations teams to create content that truly reflects who we are.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Social Media role, with a focus on content creation.

  • Strong awareness of cultural trends relevant to our target audience.

  • Experience with a consumer and/or product brand.

  • A great eye for visual content and design.

  • Exceptionally strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and write in various styles for diverse audiences

  • A can-do and collaborative approach to ideation and execution

  • Experience working on photo and video shoots – art directing, producing, and concepting

  • Strong existing relationships with key digital influencers and tastemakers

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with social and email campaigns.

  • Graphic design experience is a plus.

  • Film photography proficiency

  • Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing strategies.
